Reading is Fundamental

Read the Mistress interviews, forums, and of course study the blogs and Vlogs.  See the bad unwanted behavior.  

Understand it is unwanted because it does not serve the Mistress.  When your thoughts are on your own pleasure they can hardly be on Mistress.  Keep your learning worthy..  Tie up that ugly distraction you might call a penis. Constrain and chastise that narcissistic little brain holder of yours submissive. 

When you read a Mistress' tale of an annoying "sub" or aggravating interaction with client or kinkster Figure out what a goodsub would do in that same instance.
